Rugby for All
Women’s Rugby
Women’s rugby is one of the fastest-growing areas of the sport in Norway. We support women’s teams at both club and national level, with dedicated programs for girls and women of all ages.
Youth Rugby
Rugby programs for children from age 5 upwards, focusing on fun, skill development, and positive values. Mixed-gender teams are common at youth levels.
Adaptive Rugby
Modified rugby programs for players with disabilities, including wheelchair rugby and other adapted formats that make the sport accessible to everyone.
Safe Sport Environment
Player safety and wellbeing are our top priorities. All clubs and coaches follow strict safeguarding policies to ensure rugby is a safe, positive experience for everyone, especially children and vulnerable participants.
Safeguarding
Comprehensive policies and training to protect all participants, with particular focus on child protection and vulnerable adults.
Anti-Discrimination
Zero tolerance for discrimination, harassment, or bullying of any kind. Everyone deserves to be treated with respect and dignity.
Code of Conduct
Clear behavioral expectations for players, coaches, officials, and spectators to maintain a positive rugby environment.
