Ways to Play Rugby

Rugby XVs (15-a-side)

The traditional format of rugby played with 15 players per team. This is the most common form of the game, featuring scrums, lineouts, and tactical gameplay. Perfect for players who enjoy strategic team sports.

Rugby Sevens (7-a-side)

Tag Rugby

A non-contact version of rugby where tackling is replaced by removing tags from opponents’ belts. Perfect for beginners, mixed-gender teams, and those looking for a fun introduction to rugby.

Youth Rugby

Women’s Rugby
